Hyros became the default recommendation in info, coaching, and high-ticket circles because platform pixels were lying about phone calls and long consideration. That is a real problem. It is not the same problem as "our $80k/month ecommerce mix has no one allocating the marginal dollar." Treating Hyros as an ADSRUNNER alternative usually means the brief was "we need better tracking" and someone also typed our name.
What Hyros is for
Hyros is tracking software. The product is click identity, funnel events, and (the reason many buyers show up) call tracking stitched back to ads. The ICP that fits is an operator or a small media team running their own accounts, often in info or high-ticket, who cannot trust Meta or Google to report the conversion that actually pays them. You install it. You still buy the ads. You still write the creative. You still decide the budget.
What we will not claim
We do not sell Hyros-style call tracking as a product. We do not claim to replace their graph for a coaching funnel whose revenue event is a 45-minute sales call. If that is your business, Hyros (or a specialist call-tracking stack) is the category, and our lead generation and B2B PPC work is a different conversation: CRM closed-won, offline conversion imports, and an operator. Those can sit alongside call tracking. They are not a clone of it.
If a sales page told you we are "Hyros plus an agency," that page is wrong. We are an agency with owned tracking for the conversions we actually operate: orders, qualified pipeline, on-site events. Phone-call identity at Hyros depth is not a live claim.
Where the overlap is real
Both of us exist because platform-reported revenue is not business revenue. Both of us hash identifiers, care about first-party collection, and try to reconnect a click to an outcome the ad account never saw. Our version of that is a first-party pixel, server-side conversion APIs, six attribution models, and a gate that will not promote attributed ROAS until it has been reconciled to Shopify or CRM truth. That is the same *problem* as Hyros. It is a different *shape*: commerce and pipeline, not call-led info funnels, and it ships as part of running the account rather than as a self-serve install.
How to choose
- →Choose Hyros if you (or your current buyer) will keep running the ads, and the missing piece is tracking, especially calls.
- →Choose ADSRUNNER if you need the ads run, the mix governed, and measurement that a finance lead can sit with. Start at SaaS PPC, ecommerce PPC, or lead-gen PPC depending on the motion.
- →Choose both if you already have Hyros and want an operator who will not pretend their graph is the P&L. We will not make you uninstall it.
The sibling comparison for ecommerce attribution dashboards is ADSRUNNER vs Triple Whale. The category page is attribution software vs an agency.
— Common questions
Is ADSRUNNER a Hyros alternative?+
Not for the buyer who wanted call tracking and a self-serve graph. Yes for the buyer who wanted an operator and was using Hyros as a proxy for "someone who takes measurement seriously." Those are different briefs. This page exists so they do not get collapsed.
Do you track phone calls back to ads?+
Not as a Hyros-style product. Lead-gen and B2B engagements optimize to CRM stages and closed-won, including offline conversion imports into Google. If the revenue event is the call itself and you need click-to-call identity as the source of truth, that is Hyros territory, and we will say so rather than stretch a media engagement over it.
We sell info products. Are you the wrong agency?+
Often, yes. Our managed floor is $30k+/month in paid media and our proof is ecommerce, SaaS, and B2B pipeline. Info and high-ticket coaching with a call-close motion is a specialist category. Use the audit if you want a read of the account. Do not hire us to be a cheaper Hyros.
