A Google Ads agency run by senior operators.
Six products, one connected system. We run Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube as a single engine — watched around the clock by AI agents, approved by senior operators, and measured on profit you can actually trust.
The platform got more powerful. And more punishing.
Google's shift toward AI-driven campaigns has made the platform more capable — and more dangerous to operate. Performance Max can scale a winning account dramatically, or burn through budget on the wrong audience. Most agencies hand the AI a budget and hope. We give it structure.
Performance Max is a black box
Without strategic guardrails, PMax wastes spend on brand searches you would have won anyway, or chases low-quality conversions. We engineer asset groups and signal feeds that direct it toward incremental growth.
Privacy changes broke attribution
iOS 14, GA4, third-party cookie deprecation. Reported ROAS rarely matches reality anymore. We build first-party attribution that survives privacy changes and gives you decisions you can trust.
Smart Bidding needs smart inputs
Google's AI is only as good as the conversion signals you feed it. Wrong conversion actions, missing offline data, broken events — and Smart Bidding optimizes toward the wrong outcome at scale.
Search competition keeps escalating
CPCs in most B2B and eCom verticals are up 30-60% over three years. Winning Search now requires Quality Score discipline, ad copy iteration, and surgical match-type strategy — not just bidding more.
A Google account that compounds.
This is the shape of a healthy Google account 90 days in: spend concentrated on profitable queries, Smart Bidding fed clean first-party signals, and a measurable trajectory you can stand behind in any board meeting.
Every Google Ads campaign type, deployed strategically.
We don't pick favorites between campaign types. We pick what fits your business model, buying cycle, and economics — then run them as a coordinated system.

Google Ads in 2026 has six moving products and a thousand ways to leak budget. Our agents monitor all of them around the clock, draft the fix, and hand it to a strategist to approve — so nothing slips, and nothing ships unchecked.

Three phases. Six weeks to compounding results.
Most agencies promise overnight transformations. We don't. Real Google Ads improvement takes structured work over weeks, not magical optimization overnight.
Audit & blueprint
We start with a full diagnostic — account structure, conversion tracking, attribution setup, ad copy, landing pages. We map what's working, what's leaking spend, and what's missing entirely.
Foundation rebuild
In the first 4-6 weeks we fix tracking, restructure campaigns, rebuild conversion actions, and ship a creative testing pipeline. This is the unglamorous work most agencies skip.
Optimization & scale
Once foundations are solid, we run structured testing programs across creative, landing pages, audiences, and bid strategies. Our AI agents monitor 24/7 and surface what's working faster than humans can.
The same budget, run differently.
Most Google Ads agencies manage your account the way they did in 2018. Here is what changes when senior operators and AI infrastructure run it together.
How is this different from the agency we have now?
Three things. First, we run the full Google Ads stack — most agencies are Search-first or Shopping-first, not both with PMax integration. Second, we rebuild attribution before we touch campaigns, so decisions are based on real data. Third, our AI agents monitor 24/7 and catch issues hours before manual reviews would.
Do I need a Google Ads expert or a Google Ads agency?
A single expert is the right call when one person can hold the whole account in their head — typically under about $30K/month, a single channel, and a stable product catalog. An agency earns its fee when the work genuinely exceeds one person: Search plus Shopping plus Performance Max running together, attribution that needs rebuilding, creative testing at volume, and cover when someone is on holiday. The failure mode to screen for is paying agency rates for junior execution, so ask who runs the account day to day, how many accounts they hold, and who you speak to when performance drops.
What does Google Ads management actually include?
For us: account and campaign architecture, keyword and search-term management, ad copy creation and testing, Smart Bidding strategy and conversion-action design, Shopping feed engineering, Performance Max asset groups and exclusions, audience and negative lists, budget pacing, conversion tracking and attribution setup, and weekly reporting plus dashboard access. Continuous monitoring by our AI agents runs underneath all of it. Creative production — video and image assets — is briefed by us but produced by your team or a partner.
What size accounts do you typically work with?
Our typical client spends $30K-$500K/month on Google Ads. We have run accounts up to $2M/month. Below $30K/month the engagement economics rarely work for either side — at that scale you are usually better served by a freelancer or running it in-house with our consulting support.
Do you work on retainer or on a percentage of spend?
Our fee is a flat monthly base that covers an included level of ad spend, then a published rate on the spend above it, plus 2% of the new monthly revenue we build above your day-zero baseline. The overage rate is published; because the base covers an included allowance, the spend incentive is confined to spend above that allowance rather than removed. Across the published Growth through Premier ladder, the effective fee as a share of spend falls as spend rises; Enterprise is custom and sits outside that published ladder. That is not a pure percentage-of-spend model, which we avoid because it pays an agency to inflate media whether or not efficiency improves. The growth share is the second variable term, published on every tier: it applies only to net revenue above a baseline agreed before activation, it is capped at one month of the monthly fee, and the baseline is reviewed annually and moved halfway toward current revenue so held growth stops being charged for. Performance-only structures — no base, paid purely on attributed conversions — are something we do not offer at any tier, because the invoice would then rest on the most contested number in the account. Full numbers at /pricing.
How long is the engagement?
Three-month minimum to start. After that, month-to-month. Most clients stay 18+ months because the work compounds — but we earn the relationship every quarter, not lock it in with long contracts.
What's included in the management fee?
Strategy, campaign management, ad copy, audience strategy, bid management, conversion optimization, first-party tracking, multi-touch attribution, the live client platform and dashboards, a senior operator on the account, continuous AI monitoring, and every meaningful change proposed, approved, and logged. Creative production (video, image assets) is directed but separate when needed. Full scope by tier is on /pricing.
